Night before they left...

I hated to see it come, but the last night before Jennifer and Maddison lefty to go home, came and went... We went to the Western store b/c Jennifer wanted something from Texas.. we're not country here, but still.. honestly, I had never even been to a western store before we went... haha.. Then we drove through Dallas, so they could check it out and then out to eat. :) Here's a few shots we got before we all went to bed.

Park Fun & Rainforest Cafe

The temp finally rose up and we were able to make it out to the park one day while Jennifer and Maddison were visiting (and yes, next time Jennifer and Maddie will skip Leala's birthday and come out here in April or so, so the weather is better). Anyway, we went to the park for a bit and then the next day we went shopping again at the mall and then to Rainforest Cafe.. more on that later.. hehe..

They had lots of fun.. first time Leala was on a tire swing. She liked it!

Yeah I felt sick for rest of the day and part of the next.. ugh..

Until the gorilla that you see behind us starting moving.. they have animals on a timer and they occasionally start moving and making noises.. Leala was terrified.. like terrified! They had to move our whole table (food and all) closer to the aquariums.. She was still scared (it was quite scary honestly), so I ate fast and me and Leala went out into the store part... She still talks about "Daddy Monkey" and has even had a bad dream about it... I feel awful..

While Jennifer and Maddison were visiting, everyday was cold and wet... not that great for spending the time outside and having fun... So we had 5 people stuck in a space that was used to 3.. We had to get out... couldn't go to the zoo.. remember it was cold and wet? Couldn't go to Ripley's b/c I wanted Kevin to come too and he had to work... So we found out that we have a JumpZone around here... (in South Lake, for those who live near me)... We thought we'd give it a try. I highly recommend the place. We had tons of fun and it's a great price!
