Work Out Results and story..

Okay, so yeah... You may remember that I had started out a workout routine with Hip Hop Abs. I told you all that I would give you the results in 2 weeks.. Well, it's been 2 weeks and things have not happened as I would have liked them to.. First off, I love Hip Hop Abs! It is great and motivating. At first, I couldn't keep up and felt dumb just moving around, but I knew it was key for me to keep moving, even if I wasn't able to keep up the people on the video. The next day, I was better at it and it seemed to be going smoother. I worked out for a week, following the routine they had layed out for me on which video to use which day and so on..

Well, my first weekend, I got a stomach virus.. I couldn't keep any nutrition in me what so ever. I won't go into the whole story of things, but not being able to keep food in me and having to breastfeed a one year old are not a good combination! I almost passed out and was weak for several days after I was "better". Needless to say, I wasn't able to work out after that.. Honestly, I haven't been able to work out again since then.. But I will get back on it soon..

Anyway, after my "two weeks" of "working out" (even though it was only a week of actually working out and then a week of sitting on my butt), I weighed and measured myself... Actually I weighed and measured myself at 2.5 weeks.. Anyway, I had actually lost weight and inches! I lost 5 pounds and 6 inches overall!!

Yes, I'm sure that day and a half affected my weight, but I think eating for an entire week after that without working out would have helped me gain back whatever I lost during that time.. Anyway, I'm pretty happy with things so far... Like I said, I haven't been able to start working out again, but I think I will this week. :)

***EDIT***
I weighed myself again... even though it's supposed to be tomorrow morning, and in all, I've lost 8 pounds now!!

That is awesome....I totally should check that out. I love workouts like that. Sounds fun. Keep up the good work. Not that you need to lose anything.
